If something in your rental suite isn’t working properly, it’s important to address the problem quickly. Major or urgent issues like the heat or air conditioning conking out should be brought to the attention of the building manager.
Paragon Living has made it easy to submit maintenance requests. You can submit your maintenance requests online through our resident portal.
To submit a maintenance request form, you'll need to use the resident portal through RENTCafé.
What Warrants A Maintenance Request?
At Paragon Living, we require all non-emergency maintenance requests to be made through the RENTCafé platform. If you have an emergency request, please contact your building manager.
Non-emergency maintenance requests include:
- Repairs for appliances that come with the suite
- Damage to common areas
- Loose or sticking door knobs
- Burnt out lightbulbs
Make sure to document the damage or issue with as much detail as possible so we can provide proper service.
How To Submit A Maintenance Request
Follow these easy steps to submit your maintenance request to the Paragon Living team:
- At the top of your RENTCafé homepage, click “Maintenance”.
- Enter information into each of the required fields. Please ensure you provide a detailed description of the damage or issue. If you have a photo or video to upload, you can do that here.
- Click “Submit”.
Once submitted, you will see a new tab appear at the top of your screen, titled “Request History”. This is where you can go to track the status and completion of the maintenance requests you have submitted.
As soon as you submit your request, our maintenance team will be notified and contact you about a repair timeline. This will vary depending on the availability of staff, contractors and any necessary parts or equipment.
