The Opportunity

The Junior Site Superintendent plays a key support role in the day-to-day operations of our multi-family residential construction sites. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in construction who is ready to grow into a leadership role within a dynamic and experienced team.

What You Will be Doing:

  • Assist in managing on-site construction activities to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality.
  • Support coordination of trades, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Monitor construction progress and help identify and resolve issues or delays.
  • Participate in site meetings and contribute to planning and scheduling.
  • Ensure work is completed in accordance with company policies, drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate site documentation and assist with reporting.
  • Uphold Paragon’s brand and values in all interactions.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • 2–5 years of experience in residential construction, preferably in multi-family
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, and specifications.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with construction safety regulations and building codes.
  • Experience with Procore or similar construction management software is an asset.
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow within the role.
