The Opportunity

The Leasing & Resident Experience Coordinator is the first point of contact for prospective residents and plays a key role in delivering a best-in-class leasing experience across the Paragon Living portfolio.

This role supports leasing performance by coordinating showings, responding to inquiries, and assisting with leasing administration, reporting, and market intelligence. The position also provides operational support to ensure consistency, efficiency, and professionalism across all leasing touchpoints.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Leasing & First Impressions

  • Act as the first point of contact for all leasing inquiries (email, phone, online platforms)
  • Respond to inquiries in line with Paragon’s communication standard
  • Schedule and conduct suite showings across assigned properties
  • Ensure show suites and common areas are presented to Paragon standards at all times
  • Deliver a consistent, professional, and welcoming leasing experience aligned with brand expectations
  • Follow up with prospects post-showing to drive conversions

Leasing Coordination

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect and leasing trackers
  • Coordinate with Property Administrators on unit availability and unit readiness
  • Assist with move-in coordination (welcome packages, key handoffs, etc.)

Reporting & Market Intelligence

  • Compile weekly leasing reports (traffic, conversions, vacancy, leasing velocity)
  • Prepare market comparison reports (pricing, incentives, competitor analysis)
  • Track and report on:
  • Lead Sources
  • Showing-to-lease conversion ratios
  • Days on market
  • Identify trends and flag opportunities to improve leasing performance
  • Support rent-up strategy execution with data-backed insights

Operational & Portfolio Support

  • Assist with rent roll accuracy and unit status tracking
  • Support leasing-related SOP adherence across buildings
  • Help maintain consistency across:
  • Listing quality Photos, descriptions, pricing
  • Signage and wayfinding
  • Coordinate with marketing on:
  • Listing Updates
  • Availability changes
  • Campaign support during lease-ups

Other duties as assigned

What You Bring to the Team:

·      Strong computer skills, including all MS Office applications.

·      Comfortable using mobile technology and apps for leasing, communication, and scheduling.

·      Familiarity with marketing and property management software; experience with RentCafe, Rentsync and Yardi are strong assets.

·      Highly organized and self-motivated, with sales experience considered an asset.

·      Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage conflict in a professional, calm manner.

·      Familiarity with the Residential Tenancies Act, Policies and Guidelines, and Residential Tenancy Agreements.

·      Must be able to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

·      Must have valid Class 5 Driver's License and reliable vehicle.

·      Must be able to provide a clear Criminal Records Check.

Compensation

$22.00 per hour

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM; extended hours, evenings, and weekends as required

Must be eligible to work in Canada.
