The Opportunity

We are seeking motivated and reliable Level 1/2 Carpenters to join our growing team on multi-family residential construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build their skills and grow within a supportive and safety-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with framing, formwork, and general carpentry tasks under supervision.
  • Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials.
  • Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
  • Follow safety protocols and company procedures.
  • Support senior carpenters and tradespeople as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 0–2 years of carpentry or construction experience.
  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret simple blueprints or drawings.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.

Assets:

  • Enrollment in or completion of a pre-apprenticeship or apprenticeship program.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation

$23.55 - $27.17 per hour

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
