The Opportunity

• We are hiring experienced Level 3/4 Carpenters to lead and execute complex carpentry tasks on multi-family residential construction sites. This role is ideal for skilled tradespeople who take pride in quality workmanship and enjoy mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead framing, formwork, and finishing carpentry tasks.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Ensure work meets building codes and safety standards.
• Supervise and mentor Level 1/2 carpenters and apprentices.
• Coordinate with other trades and site supervisors to meet project timelines.

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of carpentry experience in residential or commercial construction.
• Proficient in framing, finishing, and layout.
• Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and manage small teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Assets:

• Journeyperson certification or equivalent experience.
• WHMIS, Fall Protection, and First Aid certifications.
• Experience with multi-family or large-scale residential projects
