The Opportunity

We’re looking for skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team and help keep our residential multifamily properties in top condition. Reporting to the Maintenance Coordinator/Manager, you’ll handle repairs, preventative maintenance, and seasonal upkeep while delivering excellent service to our residents.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform routine inspections and basic repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural).
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
  • Assist with preventative and seasonal maintenance programs.
  • Coordinate work orders, vendors, and inventory.
  • Maintain accurate digital records of all maintenance activities.
  • Interact professionally with residents to ensure satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in residential property maintenance and repairs.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with digital work order systems and inventory management.

Compensation

$65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Must be eligible to work in Canada.
