The Opportunity
We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team, reporting directly to the Creative Marketing and Strategy Manager. This role is the execution engine behind our content, social media, leasing marketing, and day-to-day marketing operations across a growing portfolio of properties. You will create content, coordinate vendors and internal departments, monitor campaign performance, and take ownership of the recurring work that keeps our marketing running at speed. This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives managing multiple projects, is comfortable on camera, and wants comprehensive experience across every major marketing discipline in a fast-paced, high-growth company.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Social Media and Content Creation
- Own and manage a comprehensive content calendar across all social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Execute the content calendar, publishing engaging posts, stories, and short-form video to maintain a consistent and strategic brand presence.
- Capture high-quality photo and video content at properties, company events, open houses, and community gatherings.
- Serve as an on-camera brand ambassador for property walkthroughs, office culture content, and talking-head videos.
- Actively engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to foster brand loyalty.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.
Graphic Design and Visual Asset Production
- Resize and adapt visual assets for different platforms, formats, and placements using existing brand templates and guidelines.
- Prep visual assets for ads, social media, email campaigns, and listings.
- Apply established brand templates to new content, ensuring consistency across all materials.
Coordination and Collaboration
- Act as the day-to-day point of contact for third-party vendors, managing deliverables, timelines, and quality to ensure alignment with brand standards and marketing strategy.
- Coordinate closely with the leasing and property management teams on time-sensitive updates, availability changes, promotional campaigns, and event needs.
- Identify and fill content and execution gaps across internal and external workflows to keep projects moving without bottlenecks.
Advertising and Campaign Support
- Monitor active Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, tracking performance and flagging underperformers or budget adjustments based on established guidelines.
- Pull and compile regular campaign performance reports across paid channels.
- Support the setup and execution of new campaigns, promotions, and leasing marketing initiatives.
Email Marketing
- Assemble and build monthly newsletters and email campaigns in Mailchimp based on content briefs and creative direction.
- Support one-off email campaigns for open houses, promotions, and announcements as needed.
Listing and Platform Management
- Manage and update rental listings on third party listing platforms, including regular reposting for visibility.
- Ensure all listing platforms remain consistent and accurate as pricing, availability, and suite details change across the portfolio.
- Maintain and update Google Business Profiles across all properties, including weekly posts, photo uploads, and review response support.
- Perform regular updates to website content to keep property information current and compelling for prospective residents.
Event Marketing
- Coordinate marketing materials, communications, and promotional efforts for open houses, community events, and property launches.
- Capture and produce content before, during, and after events for social media and marketing use.
Analytics and Reporting
- Track and analyze key social media and campaign metrics, providing insights to help refine strategy and optimize performance.
- Compile regular performance reports across social, email, paid, and listing channels.
What You Bring:
- 2-3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in real estate, property management or related industries.
- A natural storyteller with genuine passion for social media, content creation, and building a brand's digital presence.
- Proficient in graphic design tools such as Figma, Canva, and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experienced with video editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Rush, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar.
- An excellent writer and communicator who can craft clear, engaging copy.
- Comfortable and confident being a brand ambassador, both behind and in front of the camera.
- Familiar with AI-powered content creation and generation tools.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Self-directed and able to execute independently once given direction.
Nice to Have:
- Background in photography or videography beyond smartphone content.
- Experience working in a multi-property or multi-brand marketing environment.
- Basic understanding of HTML & CSS is an asset.
- Portfolio or samples demonstrating content creation across multiple channels.

Compensation
