The Opportunity

Reporting to the Construction Lead, the Site Superintendent is responsible for the overall management and supervision of on-site construction activities for multi-family residential projects. This includes planning, scheduling, organizing, and directing labour and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You Will be Doing:

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities.
• Uphold and represent the Paragon brand with clients, employees, trade partners, and suppliers.
• Champion a culture of safety and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules; assess and allocate workforce requirements.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders including owners, consultants, contractors, inspectors, and regulatory agencies.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions to meet project milestones.
• Utilize the Lean Last Planner System to manage day-to-day execution.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications and drawings.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Gold Seal Certification, CET designation, or engineering education preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading large-scale multi-family residential construction projects.
• Proficiency in ProCore or similar construction management software.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on collaboration and performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
