Skilled General Labourer

Paragon Living is seeking a Skilled General Labourer to support our growing multi-family residential projects. About the Role

Reporting to the Site Superintendent or Lead Carpenter, the Skilled General Labourer plays a key role in supporting construction activities on-site. You’ll be responsible for assisting tradespeople, maintaining site cleanliness, and ensuring materials and tools are ready for use.

Key Responsibilities

·      Load, unload, and transport construction materials to designated work areas

·      Clear debris and maintain a clean and safe job site using shovels, wheelbarrows, and other equipment

·      Prepare work areas for subtrades and assist with setup

·      Operate hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws) under supervision

·      Support general site operations and perform other duties as assigned

·      Uphold Paragon’s culture of teamwork, respect, and continuous learning

What We’re Looking For

·      Previous construction experience an asset

·      Familiarity with construction tools and safety procedures

·      Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

·      Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn

·      Team-oriented mindset with good communication
