EFIS, Brick Tex, Balconies with glass railings, Characteristics of the surrounding area and community have been incorporated into the building design and kept within the vision of the Paragon Living brand. The exterior insulation and finishing system recreates a rich and realistic brick texture aesthetic, which is complemented by the delicate accents of the glass balcony railings. The building comprises full cast-in-place concrete and steel building complete with a heated underground parkade, and glass-railing balconies.

The Jefferson is a six-storey, 83-unit apartment complex which holds a multitude of pet-friendly suites that fit resident needs, including one bedroom, one bedroom with office, two bedrooms and three bedrooms. The Jefferson also features a myriad of amenities including nine-foot ceilings, luxury vinyl plank flooring, in-suite laundry, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a fitness facility.
